Development industry Meeting

We’re updating the Urban Design Manual and Built Form Standards for Guelph.

Our team is starting off by engaging in conversations with the development community to introduce the project and receive feedback on the updates Built Form Standards.

Builders, Developers and those involved in the development industry are invited to participate in our first meeting on:

Wednesday October 8, from 1:00pm – 2:00pm on Zoom.

In this session, we will introduce the project and identify principles and preliminary directions for updates to the Built Form Standards. A second meeting and a Public Open House will be held later this year to share and discuss a draft of the Built Form Standards.

We will send the Zoom link to registered participants prior to the meeting.
