Committee of the Whole - McQuillan's Bridge Report to Council

A Project File Report on McQuillan's Bridge will be presented at Council on June 2, 2026 for review and decision.

Once approved by Council, the Project File Report will be posted for 30 days for public comment prior to being submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks. People living in the area and people who have signed up for the project mailing list will be sent the Notice of Study Completion, informing them of the opportunity to provide feedback.

If you want to speak about McQuillan's Bridge at the Council meeting, please register with the City Clerk’s Office by 10 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026. You can register in any of the following ways:

Once you register, we will send you a message to confirm and give you instructions on how to join the hybrid Council meeting. We will also explain during the meeting how people watching and attending in-person can take part and share their thoughts.
