The Plan concentrates all transport modes (car, truck, bus, bike, pedestrian) to main corridors.

Some transport redundancies for bikes/walkers should be built into the system via the open space system away from the congestion of high density use land use/transport corridors. These corridors are not nice relative to noise, fumes, potential for transport accidents with vehicles. Better integration is required with the open space trail networks in the overall transport system (especially required where natural heritage features disrupt the potential of non-vehicle transport connected networks)
