Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The Right of Way improvements to Baker Street, Chapel and Park Lanes will be phased in order to mitigate disruptions to properties facing on these streets. There will be disruption from time to time to the access points but the City will make efforts to maintain access and communicate when there will be disruptions. We will bring this concern to the design team in order that this specific issue is on the agenda when construction starts for coordination of access.

Several buildings have entrances and access points located along Chapel Lane. At Knox Church the Chapel Lane entrance is required to maintain the accessibility of the building (the elevator is located at the Chapel Lane entrance). Will vehicle access (at least 1 lane) be provided along Chapel Lane at all times during the work? Without the Chapel Lane entry many of our parishioners will not be able to access the building.
