Thank you for your question. The City has committed to providing enhancement to the pedestrian and sustainable transportation infrastructure along Baker Street, Chapel Lane and Park Lane. Due to the restricted right-of-way between the properties, lower traffic speed and volume, combined vehicular and cycling lanes are being proposed. Infrastructure including bicycle racks and storage are being implemented where applicable as part of the overall street furniture.

I am not seeing any cycling infrastructure of any kind in the design drawings - just road and sidewalk. Am I missing something or have cycling facilities been completely left out of this project?
