Thank you for your question.As part of the Urban Design Master Plan prepared for the Baker District Redevelopment, a Traffic Impact Study was conducted by the Project Team we supported redevelopment of Baker Street for two way traffic. There will be benches provided as part of the Baker Street Reconstruction. The documents provided on line are still being completed and benches will be added.

I'm curious what study was done to evaluate the impact of flow of traffic at the nearby 5 way intersections, considering that widening Baker Street obviously assumes increased throughput in both directions.
Were there benches at all amongst the trees being planted, I may have missed them on the drawings.
