Is Phase 3 still happening? Mayor Cam Guthrie has posted online that he plans to destroy the protected bike lanes that were recently completed and I heard that the budget for bike lanes was reduced. I am deeply worried since I rely on bike lanes to get around Guelph safely - especially the protected bike lanes!
