Traffic calming around Victory School

I am happy to hear about traffic calming measures around the school however I think a very dangerous street was left out of this study. We have to remember that some kids need to cross Woolwich to get to school and the current crosswalk at the trail between Verney and Division is extremely unsafe. A Victory child was nearly hit by a vehicle in 2024 and was only saved because their parent took the hit and saved the child. Something need to be done to ensure that traffic actually stops at that light. There have been far too many times that the light turn and the cars keep going.

also, on Clark there is an informal crossing at the corner of princess. Princess is where many parents park to drop their kids (particularly the kindies) and cross there. The corner is difficult to navigate in the mornings and many cars are looking to find somewhere to park and many parents are trying to cross the road at the same time.
