Grove Street reconstruction

About the project

We're upgrading infrastructure on a 275 meter section of Grove Street, east of Metcalfe Street. Construction will begin in the Spring 2025. The work will include the replacement of the watermain, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, curb and gutter, sidewalk, retaining walls, driveway aprons, landscaping and asphalt paving. This includes re-grading driveways to match the new sidewalk grade, reconstructing the sidewalks to 1.5 meters wide, rebuilding the retaining walls, providing a dedicated parking lane on the North side of the street and repaving the driving lanes.
