Lyon Pool Renovation

Lyon Pool is getting an upgrade!

We’ve been awarded $11M from the provincial Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund. This funding is critical to meet our evolving needs. 

$1 million has been allocated to Lyon Outdoor Pool to support repairs to the swimming pool that will extend its lifespan and improve accessibility.

As a result, Lyon Pool will be closed for the 2026 swimming season to allow for renovations, with a grand reopening planned for the summer of 2027.
