With your input on design options, we’re working towards the construction of the new Mkinaak Donjibaa Park in the Kortright East subdivision, at 249 Ambrous Crescent.

Last year, we asked for your feedback, ideas and preferences for park features and designs.

  • What area should the playground go in and what features should it have?
  • Where should trails move through the space?
  • How do you want to use open space in this park?
  • What does this park design need to meet the needs of the people in this neighbourhood?
  • What is special about this area that the new park can reflect and enhance?

How can I participate right now?

Thanks to everyone who shared feedback on the playground design options between March 3 and March 25, 2026. You can have a look at the two design options below.

We'll use that feedback to create a final design for construction slated for the summer of 2026!

Once the park design is finalized, we will prepare for construction. The park is expected to be complete in 2026.

We'll be sure to share what we heard in the last survey as well as the final design that you helped to inform!
