
City of Guelph Satisfaction Survey
Between March 23 and April 12, randomly selected residents will receive a phone call from our partners at Forum Research.
These 600 random calls will help us reach a large number of Guelphites living across all of our neighborhoods in different stages of life, lifestyles and lived experiences. These survey responses will help us gain a more complete view of how residents feel about the overall the quality of life in Guelph.
Even if you don’t receive a call, we are interested in how you feel about what is working well and where our services can improve.

How can I participate right now?
Many residents in the community will receive a phone call at random. If you have not received a call or would like to ensure your experiences are included in the survey findings, we invite you to complete the same survey online.

Please plan for 15 to 20 minutes if you wish to participate in the survey online.
These results will be examined alongside results in the phone survey. Online survey results allow us to hear from people in different ways and lets anyone who wants to share their ideas contribute even if they don’t get a phone call.
