
City of Guelph Satisfaction Survey
Between March 23 and April 12, randomly selected residents received a phone call from our partners at Forum Research.
These 600 random calls will help us reach a large number of Guelphites living across all of our neighborhoods in different stages of life, lifestyles and lived experiences. These survey responses will help us gain a more complete view of how residents feel about the overall the quality of life in Guelph.
Even if you don’t receive a call, we are interested in how you feel about what is working well and where our services can improve.
From March 23 to April 12, an online version of the survey was available as well.
Your responses will help to guide planning, resource allocation and future service priorities in Guelph.

Reviewing survey results
The team at Forum Research will review the survey results and we will share a report with the City in the coming weeks.
We’ll post a summary of the survey results on our City website as we did for the last satisfaction survey in 2024.
