Notice of Collection

Feedback is being collected as part of stakeholder engagement and public input on Guelph Transit’s fare management program. All individual responses will be kept confidential, but may be summarized to reflect overall feedback, and help to influence decisions about the program.

Your participation is voluntary. Providing your email address and/or telephone number is optional and it will be used for the sole purpose of contacting you in the event that you are the winner of the contest prize.

Personal information, as defined by Section 2 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the provisions of MFIPPA.
