Guelph Thinkshop Feedback Survey
Thank you for attending the Guelph Thinkshop! We would greatly appreciate it if you could fill in this short survey to help us evaluate how useful the event was, and what you would like to see for future similar initiatives.
The Thinkshop has been funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and their Healthy City Initiative. The Thinkshop is part of a larger program of collaborative action by the City of Guelph, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health, and Toronto Metropolitan University to identify and address barriers to providing active transportation connections, proactively addressing road safety, and improving mobility in equity-deserving communities.
The data from this survey is anonymous. The data will be used to help inform future actions related to road safety and improved mobility in Guelph as well as potential future workshops.
