This consultation has concluded and staff are working on a summary of what we've heard and next steps.
The Route 19 Hanlon Creek will be extended to Stone Road Mall in 2023. This means that we’re reviewing bus schedules on this route and figuring out new potential route and stop locations.
If you’re a part of the Woodland Glen neighbourhood, we want to hear from you in particular because it’s important for us to know if having a bus in your neighbourhood is beneficial to you.

Share Hi,
I missed the opportunity to do provide feedback and the Survey - Future Ready Transit - Route 19 changes | Have Your Say Guelph for as it is now closed. But I am hoping this can be forwarded to the appropriate team.
When I heard about this route, I was excited because my sister works in the South End, near Clair Road and at Stone Road Mall. I frequently have to provide her a ride as taking a bus from South End to the mall takes too long as it requires 2 transfers and sometimes need to wait while transferring at the mall. In addition, I know others who live at the South End and go to the mall, so it will help them as well as it provides an easy option to go to the Mall Area. I look forward to having this route implemented and not sure how long it will take, but I hope the time travel is not too long from South End to the Mall.
Thank you,
