This meeting will present the recommended zoning regulations to permit four (4) units in low density residential zones within the City. The staff report will be available (link to be provided) on Friday, November 29th, including instructions on how to be a delegation at the meeting.

Statutory Public Meeting - Draft Zoning Regulations for 4-units
This meeting will provide an opportunity for residents of Guelph to provide their thoughts and feedback to Council on the upcoming draft zoning regulations regarding permitting four (4) units.
The draft zoning regulations will be available to view on Thursday, March 28th, 2024 (link will be provided here), accompanied by instructions on how to become a delegation.
