How we engaged the community

In May and June 2022, we were assessing the needs of digital signs at some of Guelph Transit’s bus stops, to provide real-time arrival information for buses. We asked the community:

• What content you’d like to see in addition to real-time arrivals
• Additional ideas to consider for information accessibility
• Criteria we’ll use to select sign locations

Your feedback will be used to determine accessibility needs and what information is shared on the screens alongside real-time arrival information in addition to selecting sign locations.
