How we engaged the community


In May and June 2022, we were assessing the needs of digital signs at some of Guelph Transit’s bus stops, to provide real-time arrival information for buses. We asked the community:

  • What content you’d like to see in addition to real-time arrivals
  • Additional ideas to consider for information accessibility
  • Criteria we’ll use to select sign locations

Your feedback will be used to determine accessibility needs and what information is shared on the screens alongside real-time arrival information in addition to selecting sign locations.

    Digital Information Signs Survey

    The City of Guelph is studying what our community needs are for digital information signs at busy transit hubs and stops for real-time arrival information.
